To sit in stillness and silence for even a few minutes each day is a very useful thing to do.

Meditation is a life-long practice, and you will benefit most by NOT examining the results of your daily practice. Just do the best you can every day, and then let it go!

Meditation systematically deals with all levels of your being, including your relationship with the world and with yourself. It deals with the senses, body, breath, all the levels of mind, and that which is beyond your mind, often called spirit, soul, consciousness, or Self.

How to do meditation

Find a quiet place where you can be alone if possible. This is the simplest technique of meditation. Sit in a comfortable position.Close your eyes Let your thoughts come and go take 100 breaths. count them. try not to think about anything else. Breathing helps in oxygen in our body which is important for us to be well

Meditation gives you something that nothing else can:
  • It introduces you to yourself on all levels.
  • Peace of mind, calmness, and a sense of well being
  • Better relationships, better health, and a better life
  • Personal, philosophical, and
  • Spiritual insights
  • The direct experience of your eternal center of being
  • It helps in coordinating different part of brain which helps in better decision making
