Remedy Dark spot, Eczema and Healthy Skin

We all want to look beautiful and stay healthy. Healthy skin can be achieved by taking right kind of food in right amount. As we grow older our skin become dull and dark pigmentation can occur around face or any area of body. Women suffer more of these dark pigmentation due to hormonal changes in the body. Today life is so busy and tough specially for women who are working have no time for take care of themselves. Everyone one is trying to look for easy and effective treatment for the skin problems.

We know about essentials oil but many don’t know of their magical effects if we take them internally. Most beneficial oil for skin are olive oil and coconut oil. These two oils are very beneficial to make skin wrinkle and disease free.

Coconut oil have special fats called medium chain triglycerides (mcts). Coconut oil is nature’s richest source of lauric acid. The oils found in the coconut have a positive antioxidant action in the body. If we take half teaspoon coconut oil in any time of the day it help in curing skin and many skin problem and at the same time keep skin supple, wrinkle free and shiny. Coconut oil contains vitamins that can help nourish and cure many skin fungal, candida and bacterial disease. Coconut also help to treat eczema.

Coconut oil Can be used to cure healing of fungal infections when taken internally, when we take coconut internally it give more effect because it directly going in to the system. Olive oil is the pure oil obtained from the fruit of olive trees. Olive oil is monounsaturated fatty acids. It contains linoleic acid, a compound not made by the body, but which prevents water from evaporating. The best quality of olive oil available is described as ‘extra virgin’. Olive oil contains four major antioxidants which allow it to work as a cleanser, moisturizer, and protector of skin. It contains antioxidants Vitamin A and Vitamin E when we take half teaspoon of olive oil any time of the day it gets absorbed into cell membranes and help in restore the elasticity of skin and delay aging of the skin. Rubbing olive oil into elbows daily to help to soften the dry, flaky area of elbows.

Olive oil is full of inflammation-inhibiting antioxidants, which means it will help relieve skin conditions, also reduce damage that leads to wrinkles and discoloration. Consuming olive oil internally promote healthy skin. Olive oil also contains at least four different antioxidants, which can help "neutralize damaging free radicals that can lead to skin aging and skin damage.

So start taking olive oil and coconut oil half teaspoon whenever you want in a day and enjoy health and pigmentation free skin.
