Eclipses are dramatic events in life. Eclipses always indicate some change in life where they fall in the house in the birth chart. They help us to pull out some of our difficulties in life although it is very tough to do and get us out of situations where we are not needed. They bring some unpleasant, shocking, unbelievable and mind boggling experiences and help in to evolve our soul. Eclipse works very fast and they are asking for us to change.

On May 26th there is a total lunar eclipse in the sign of Scorpio in the nakshatra of Anuradha at 11 degree. So the total eclipse in Scorpio will impact more on the spiritual side because Ketu is there.

"Kundalini" the Shakti, is cosmic energy as manifesting itself in the universe, divides itself into two polar aspects—static and dynamic. According to this cosmic principle, a static is at rest or 'coiled', as the Kundalini Shakti is the primordial Shakti at rest or sleeping at the Muladhara (Root Chakra). The dynamic energy of the Kundalini is all over the body as Prana, Apana, Samana, Vyana, and Udana. These five Vital breaths, or life forces, keep the body together.

No life is possible without kundalini energy because kundalini is nothing else but the cosmic life force coming from the cosmos that keeps all beings alive.

Kundalini energy can be activated by various means like yoga, breathing techniques (pranayama), certain herbal preparations (bhang), creating particular vibrations in the body through the chanting of mantras, and through initiation (energy transmission) by a yoga adept whose Kundalini is already awakened (guru). Of these, initiation by some guru is the fastest and easiest way of awakening Kundalini. This is known as shaktipeeth but it is a very dangerous way to awaken Kundalini Shakti. Because Kundalini should not be raised without clearing the subtler system. And if it is awakened by shaktipeeth it can cause havoc in one who is not prepared or conditioned to receive and maintain this powerful force. Kundalini cannot be manipulated without incurring some risks.

Kundalini awakening is a gradual process. It required high maintenance and is not recommended for the frivolous or curious. Purity of mind ( truthful, righteous, simple life, non materialistic,  pure emotions, caring for others, selfless love for people, no jealousy, no anger, forgiveness, ego-less mind, nonjudgmental and serving attitude etc. ) is necessary to awaken Kundalini naturally and that is not easy for the common people to overcome their negative attitude. Hence if possible commit yourself to spiritual practices and meditate (introspection) daily to awaken your Kundalini Shakti within you by your effort not by some guru. However if the Kundalini awakens it is just the start. Then the real work begins after awakening of the Kundalini. Once awakened, Kundalini brings about extraordinary transformation in the body-mind system of the individual, including a huge surge in energy levels, the healing of chronic diseases and enhanced mental abilities. 

In astrology Kundalini Shakti is denoted by Lunar Nodes ( North and South Nodes).  Rahu (North Node) is the materialistic Node which compels an individual to come in this physical plane again and again until it's all wish gets fulfilled. There are many people who’ve used spirituality and meditation as a way of avoiding dealing with their issues. Since they feel good when they’re pursuing a spiritual path, guru, or new technique. They think that it will make all the uncomfortable stuff dissolve and go away. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. Meditation can help strengthen the structure of our personality, making us better and able to deal with our challenges. And it may give us more insights into our daily life issues.
