7th Lord (Spouse) in Different Houses

In astrology there are many methods to look at a spouse. What kind of person you will get. Whether they will be happy or unhappy, or they will gain or lose after marriage from their spouse. This can be seen from their birth chart. 7th house lords represent spouses and according to the placement of 7th lords in different houses show what kind of relationship and what kind of spouse one can get.

7th lord in 1st house or in ascendant: When 7th lord is placed 7th place away from itself, and 7th place away means business and partnership. It means a person can marry a business partner and brings great sense of self purpose and fulfillment and the person has bonding with their spouse.

7th lord in the 2nd house: When the 7th lord is placed 8th place away from itself. It means money gained through marriage and a partner will be well spoken and family-oriented. But relationships have ups and downs and relationships would be transformative.

7th lord in the 3rd house: When the 7th lord is placed 9th place away from itself. It means the person gets a talkative, courageous, fortunate, religious and intelligent spouse. The spouse is well learned and has high academic qualifications.

7th lord in the 6th house: When the 7th lord is placed 12th place away from itself. This position is not good. 7th lord in 6th makes married life unhappy due to many reasons. This person may get sick, quarrelsome and conflicting with their spouse. They have lessons in this lifetime that their soul needs to evolve through by giving service to the spouse.

7th lord in the 7th house: When the 7th lord is placed in its own house which is good. Spouses have good diplomatic qualities, like to make everyone happy, compromising and devoted to their spouse.

7th lord in the 12th house: When the 7th lord is placed 6th house from itself. This is not a good position. The person might have a distant relationship with their spouse. Foreign Spouse (Love Marriage) Astrology

There are many indications of foreign or different culture spouses and love marriage is a major factor for getting a different culture spouse.

The 5th house represents love and romance and the 7th house represents marriage and legal binding. If 5th lord is sitting in 7th house or 7th house lord is sitting in 5th house and if there is parivartana yoga between 5th and 7th house, then it makes the person marry a person whom they love. This is a strong combination for love marriage. They bring their lover in their life or in legal binding means convert lover into life partner (turning their love into love marriage).

If there is a connection between 9th lord to the 5th or 7th house lord or house there are a lot of chances a person may get a different culture or foreigner spouse. Because the 9th house represents foreign and long distance traveling. Therefore there are a lot of chances that the person could meet a spouse in traveling or in foreign land.

If Sagittarius sign falls in 7th house, means 7th house has Sagittarius energy it may also bring some foreign element in life. Jupiter sitting in the 9th house is a strong indication of a different culture spouse.

Venus and Mars combination gives passionate nature and these people are inclined towards love and live-in-relationships. If Venus and Mars combination in 5th, 7th, 9th, and 12th house makes a person to marry in different culture.

Same with women Jupiter is husband in women chart. If Jupiter is sitting with Rahu in 5th, 7th, 9th, and 12th house she could marry in a different culture.

Mars is the boyfriend in the women's chart. If Mars is sitting with or aspected by Jupiter it means the woman converts her boyfriend into husband. If this combination falls in the above house it could be of a different culture.
