Love, Is it making our Children Stronger and Smarter?

I have 2 kids and they are growing up fast. I was trying to look at how we interact while learning and dealing with situation in life. I love my kids and probably all parents do (may be everyone has a different way to express love )

1) Child struggling in studies.

As a parent I love my child and don't want my child to struggle , but not cause them pain as well. Will my child be better off by staying in their comfort zone or me pushing a bit hard to learn and be better. If i don't do that .. they will not perform good in school and may have lack of self worth as they don't know as much as others around them.. so is it wise for me to push a little hard on my kids or let them figure out how to deal with it?

2) Dealing with difficult situations

I think as we grow up we have to deal with situations which are out of our comfort zone. Look around and see how many people around us including ourselves are good at dealing with things that are unexpected and beyond our comfort zone. I think this is the best skill or learning we can give it to our children. Teaching this will be hard as we are always asking them to deal with situations which are out of their comfort zone.  They may not like it .. but they will thank us for teaching them this skill.. I wish if I had learned this lot earlier in life.   We can give comfort to our child when they are struggling or having a difficulty  .. by avoiding the situation  or we can help them understand and make them stronger to deal with the situation which could make things easier in life for them at later stage in life.

3) Dealing with other people
all said and done we have to deal with other people to be happy and successful in life, if we don't know how to deal with other people it will be hard to be happy with family, spouse and workplace. I think this is a important skill to have and we need to teach our kids how to .. other wise they will have difficulty dealing around.

4) Being competitive
I think this is a tough one.. we want our kids to be able to work with other people and if we look a it .. if we are not competitive or watchful of our interest others will take advantage of ... so in some ways we need to teach our kids to be able to work with others and still be able to watch our interest. I think this one is tough as it is contradictory of cooperation, but it is an important one .. I am still learning :-)

talk about learning .. we as adults have a hard time learning thing.. it will be probably harder for the kids to lean how to deal with the situation in hand.We need to use the power of love to make our kids  brave and stronger to be able to do well and be happy in life. 

They trust us, if we don't teach them or make them brave to deal with a situation we are in some ways betraying our child trust  as they don't know what is right for them when they are young.

Is love for our children making them stronger and smarter or we are making them soft/ weaker. What ever we are doing ...will they be stronger in life when we are not around them or will they struggle without our presence/ guidance.

Venus conjunct Mars: They have talent in dance and visual arts and the child is boldly expressive.
 

Jupiter and Saturn also affect creative expression of the child when they are conjunct with Venus. Others trans personal planets Uranus, Neptune and Pluto also affect Venus when the conjunct with Venus.

Uranus aspect to Venus brings interest in application of technological like synthesized music, computer games, electronic and desktop publishing.

Neptune aspect to Venus brings sensitivity, mysticism and vision to the creative expression. The house position of Neptune can indicate the dreams and imaginations flows and the inner realms can be connected ti the outside world.

Pluto aspect to the Venus brings intensity, power, and passion to artistic expression. Transforming stones into statue is an excellent example of Venus aspected by Pluto.

Saturn aspect to Venus brings concentration, focus and limitations. What types of support the child needs indicated by the planet Saturn.

Through analyzing the needs and the potential talents from the 5th house, Venus, Mercury and other planets, we can determine positive creative directions for the child and encourage them to explore and express these aspects of the self.

Saturn's influence on the childhood can be very challenging because Saturn is the only planet which makes things hard to get for everyone including children. Children’s confidence is directly related to whether or not their needs are met as unmet needs for a child translates as not being important in their family. When these needs are severely neglected, children may feel  depressed and they are not valued. When this happens, their needs and feelings become repressed and they stop showing their feeling to cope with the stress.

Sometimes there are many reasons for child needs have not been met (love & care). It can be of any reason like death of a parent, parents were troubled by hardship, illness, poverty, duties, depression, divorce or or because parents were critical towards children. The atmosphere within the family is likely to be surrounded by depression, guilt, difficulty, duty and burdens.

Due to these difficulties in early life these individuals become mature and self-sufficient at an early age and they develop habit which could be such as self-discipline, restraint, responsible nature and a hard working. However, they suffer from a lack of peace of mind and joy in life. As a result of their early experience, they conclude that having needs is unacceptable and that loving and needing hurt. As adults, these individuals have difficulty believing that anyone could love them.

Due to these problem they develop anxiety and insecurity in relationships and they become very unemotional and unresponsive to love. By doing this they they protect themselves against pain. The challenge represented by Saturn in childhood may be mild or severe. Those with lack of nourishment in childhood may not able to recover in their lifetime.

Saturn is the materialistic planet it preserve and secure life. The sign, house placement and aspect of Saturn show how a child responds to discipline, responsibility and structure in their attitude and any conjunction planet with Saturn show difficulty with that related planet energy.

e.g : Saturn in the 4th house with Mercury and Sun shows that person suffered from lack of confidence due to mother and father attitude. Child feels confident when their parents appreciate them. In this case Saturn in 4th house with Sun. Both mother and father behave in strict way and non appreciation of child makes child introvert, lack of confidence and feel sad all the time. Saturn also with Mercury give speech problem and difficulty in speaking.

Although we cannot always determine how the parents view themselves in relationship to a child, but can gain insights into how the child is likely to view the parents. As a conscious interaction occur between parents and kids more powerful changes can be made in the child life. By doing this, we can begin to bridge the gaps between parents and child.
