Saturn in Sagittarius 2017 to 2021

Saturn transit into Sagittarius on January 26th 2017 and it will stay there at least for three years.  Saturn will retrograde two times during his visit to Sagittarius.

First it will retrograde  on April 06 to August 25th 2017. Saturn start its retrograde cycle at 3° Sagittarius and will last over four months and revisit Scorpio for a short period of time. 

Saturn Retrograde in Sagittarius from 6th April, 2017 to 20th June, 2017 and after Saturn will be entering the Sign of Scorpio, but continue to transit in a retrograde motion till 25th August, 2017. It will stay stay in Scorpio till 26th October, 2017.  

After October 26th 2017 Saturn will again move in Sagittarius and stay there until January 22nd 2021.

If a malefic planet is the atmakaraka, it indicates a high level of spiritual development with difficulty, whereas a benefic planet as the atmakaraka indicates easy way of spiritual development. Malefic atmakaraka  shows that the present incarnation is meant to suffer or redeem many of these accumulated sins. Other condition of atmakaraka planets:
